We are delighted you've made the decision to AMP It Up for Life!
You must log-on to AMP’s site to access our online tools and to import your employee email addresses. The first email blast will be sent the first week of next month, coinciding with the rollout of the “Welcome to AMP” theme in your workplace. Weekly email tips will be sent for 52 consecutive weeks.
Please note that the list you import will be private and confidential. The list will not be sold or distributed to any other party. Each of your employees will have the option to opt-out of receiving AMP’s inspirational emails on an individual basis at any time.
How to Prepare Your Email List:
Create a CSV (comma separated value) file of your employee email addresses to import into Amp’s system. A CSV file can easily be created from a list of contacts in a Microsoft Excel file. Simply choose “Save as…” from the File menu in Excel and select CSV in the “Save as type” field of the Save dialog.
Note: You can also create a CSV file from your contacts stored in Microsoft Outlook, using the Import and Export Wizard in Outlook. (This Wizard
is an optional feature and may or may not be installed on your machine. Contact your IT department for more information.)
How to Import Your Employee Email Address CSV List:
Log onto www.ampforlife.com
Click on the “EMPLOYER MEMBER” tab.
Enter your username and password.
Your username is your company name (all lower case, with no spaces). Your password is the last name (all lower case, with no spaces) of the individual who was listed on the AMP Fulfillment Activation Form as the “primary contact / project coordinator”.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import of you CSV records.

How to Be Sure the AMP Health Tip Emails Will Reach Your Employees:
Please take the steps necessary to disengage your company’s network firewall and/or SPAM filters, enabling your employees to receive their weekly inspirational health tips – arriving from healthtip@ampforlife.com.
IMPORTANT! Be sure to check with your internal IT department to ensure that the weekly email from AMP It Up for Life® is not caught in your organization’s spam filter.
