Eric S. Armbrecht, PhD
Dr. Eric Armbrecht is committed to the research, development and implementation of new ideas that facilitate chronic disease prevention and management throughout the health care system. A balance among technical expertise, creativity and scientific method characterize his approach to independent research and work with government, corporate and non-profit clients. He has led statewide and regional efforts to address health improvement goals for communities and employers. Dr. Armbrecht is an assistant professor of internal medicine at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine's Center for Outcomes Research (SLUCOR). He also works with Open Health LLC, a public health planning and program evaluation firm based in St. Louis. He serves on the board of directors of St. Louis Diabetes Coalition and as co-chair of the National Business Health Coalition's Education and Research Committee.
